Increasing Effectiveness in Sales and Service Workshop
Understanding your own behavioral pattern is a great start… But learning how to also identify patterns and traits in others is powerful. You will learn to improve your conversations (including sales conversations) and deepen relationships through a more in-depth understanding of how the person across from you receives and perceives information.
With our customized DISC training workshops you will learn to build the Know, Like and Trust needed to close a sale and build a lasting relationship. In addition, you will be able to help your team have a better understanding of each other’s tendencies and how they perceive information, building a stronger more productive team!

Coach Mindy offers a variety of workshops and training spanning from a 20 minute introduction to DISC to a full 6 hour, all day, hands on workshop. We work with you to customize the program to suit your need and meet your goals.
